I don't mind the remains of prey anywhere near as much as puke or god forbid stuff coming out the other side. Except for the time with the dead snakes on the lawn. Jeebus.

Granted, I just saw quick highlights of the Mexico-France game, but were both those goals as questionable as they appeared?
I'm about to watch it, but both radio announcers totally thought the first was offside and at least one thought the penalty kick was unwarranted. I look forward to actually seeing them myself.
My parents are going to look at a car for me tomorrow. meep.
The good thing about Oz is that seems to learn. He drank milk twice, got sick, and ever since he avoids it. I hope this will be his first and last foray into chocolate.
Oz is a smarter cat than Kittenish then. Which is horrible for me to type because she's pretty awesome. But, oh wow, does she still want to nom cheese. Like a frat boy doing a kegstand.
I watched it, and didn't think either goal was bad - the onside call was very close, but I didn't think it was a blown call or out of line with how I've seen a lot of calls go. The penalty was clearly justified; definitely a deliberate tackle and not a dive.
In any case, despite their opinion on the calls, both announcers clearly thought that Mexico far outplayed France, which to me is key. Bad calls are part of the game. It's a shame if they radically affect the outcome, but I'd rather have that than replay everything to death.
Agreed on both bad calls and today's play - I generally like both teams, but les bleus just weren't playing today. Very static, not a lot of team coherence, and just generally meh. Mexico had the momentum, and outplayed them regardless of whether the onside was right or wrong.
Yes, I fear the Francophone-Spanish office rivalry was not served at all by this one--and going forward I'm not sure anyone besides Cote d'Ivoire has any hope of advancing the Francophone cause.
ETA: I had to resort to making clafoutis to make myself feel better.
That should be a lot of stuff, and yet. looking around. SO MUCH MORE!
I swear, the stuff multiplies behind your back as you pack.
