In high school (or maybe jr high) a couple of boys would request and then sing Darlin' Nikki by Prince to me every weekend at the roller skating rink. Considering what a total prude I was and considering how very not prude Prince's darlin' was, I was mortified the first time I heard the lyrics.
I'm amused NOW but still not enough to allow people to call me Nikki.
