Sad, java! He should fly out on Friday night, he wins via timechange! (Also, WTF, why won't they give him his birthday off??)
It is a good thing none of the Buffistas are employed by the city of Mansfield,OH. New dress code for city employees says fingernail polish must be "natural or modest" in color. No more than two earrings per ear for women. And WTF does hair shall not "exceed 1 1/4 inches in bulk regardless of length"? Are they banning afros?? (You also can't have hair within 1 inch of your EYEBROWS!!)
Well, his company has a huge filing due to the FDA on July 2nd, unfortunately. So he has done his part of the documentation, but they're waiting for more data before he can finish. Then of course once he finishes his bit, it's out for reviews. So, he won't know until that week whether he'd be able to come, and you know me, I can't deal with that uncertainty. So we'll hopefully settle our plans by this weekend. We'd both very much rather him come here. But, he knows *no one* in Boston except his nephew, and nephew will be out of town.
And so I just can't have my boyfriend work on his birthday and then go home to an empty apartment.
Can't sleep; clown will eat me.

I'm trying to figure out what this will mean, and all I can conclude is: VERY BAD HAIRCUTS. (Not everyone looks as good with Bettie Page bangs as Allyson and Aims do. IJS.)

I hope it means the whole company has to get haircuts like the dancers in the "Alejandro" video.
Hahaha that shirt is absolutely fantastic.
Be glad you weren't named Sara in the 80s.
Word. I still twitch. And double fun if you move away in the 80s.

I really like that shirt but I hate that "spatial" is misspelled.
Huh, looks like "spacial" is a variant. Is this a British thing?
hivemind - my company is considering keeping me on part-time as a contractor after I move since a lot of what I do can be done remotely. Do I need to incorporate myself? I am thinking taxes and Social Security contributions and whatnot.
