I'm not sure how it accounts for your actual usage if you're over or under at the end of the year.
If it's anything the way our utility provider does it, they base it on the previous year's usage and average it out on a monthly basis. After 6 months, they look at it again and adjust accordingly. I've been on a "budget" everywhere I've lived in Madison and it averages out between $90-105 a month. Then, when the end of the year comes around you will find that they always overestimate your usage and you've "banked" a couple hundred dollars. I haven't paid a bill in January in yonks and this year didn't have to pay anything until March.
Scientists in Guatemala are using Calvin Klein's Obsession for Men to lure jaguars into camera range.
I want photos of this outfit! Are you wearing your stripy tights?
I'm not even! It's just a powder blue 50s shirtdress with crinolines peeking out, and normal hose and ballet slippers.
::googles::
Oh, I guess I kinda see where she was coming from.
Still! It's barely dressup.
So if I go to the zoo wearing , Obsession, will the jaguars cuddle with me?
Well, jaguar cuddling may be a slight different meaning, Sophia...
My sibs and I are thinking about getting our dad a GPS for Father's Day/birthday - anyone have recs or anti-recs? Approximate price would also be helpful.
I've had a Garmin Nuvi 260W for a couple of years now, and like it a lot. Price is about $145.
Looks like the Nuvi 205W is about $90 on Amazon, and the only difference I see is in the "voice" features. I think Gudanov has one of those.
Thank you, dcp! I'll pass that on to my brother, who's doing the research.
I liked the peacock tights but would like them better if the detail was on the back of the calf.

Well, yeah. All you need is the headband! And/or hair.
The Elks lodge across the way is having some kind of damn auction. Seems like every other weekend they're doing something LOUD.
I have gotten peanut butter in my hair. I R grown-up.
Does anyone else immediately think "dogs in Elks lodge"?
