Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Quake?

Dhani tackling the globe makes me laugh, Vortex. I still remember his apartment and his shenanigans. I only watched a couple eps.

Quake?

I just asked Allyson that same question. So, yes, I think so.

There was a little pre-quake and everything. And then I could hear other people in my building puttering around disquietedly. Rocking and rolling, man.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I remember my Uncles with what sure looked like Vuvuzelas in the seventies calling them "moose callers"...

I'm sure of this. They were blue. My Grandmother made them take them outside...

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The one episode of the IT Crowd and I saw was pretty funny and we still quote it. It was the one where they had an outing to see Gay! A Gay musical.

David Letterman just explained what the vuvuzelas are. Wow, that's gotta be annoying when watching the games.

All weekend I saw vuvuzelas mentioned on Twitter in random ways. And I'd think, "I should Google to figure out WTF" But I didn't, because I'm easily distracted. Then today at work Marcia was talking about the annoying horns during the World Cup. And about ten minutes later I processed things and went into her office and said "Vuvuzelas?" And she said "YES!" And I said "Ah, it all makes sense now!" And lo, we were glad.

This has been a heartwarming (pointless) story of my laziness. You're welcome!

I love that one! "I'm disabled". So awful.

Put me in the IT Crowd love box. The trailers for the new series have started on Channel 4. I'm very excited.

ETA - That the vuvuzela criticism is starting to border on racist in the British press. You're their guests and it's part of their football culture people. Get over it.
