Angel: Yeah, I never told anyone about this, but I-I liked your poems. Spike: You like Barry Manilow.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Nobody else has my full name. Which makes google awkward. Cause it's all me.

Without even checking, I'm pretty sure this is true for me as well. Pretty much it's all still academic stuff.

PEOPLE! There is a Fluevog sample sale in Vancouver BC this weekend!

Ha! Megan is going to Van this weekend. And she's going to the Fluevog exhibit at the Vancouver Museum. I wonder if she planned to go for the sale.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If I'm famous, why do I still have to have a day job?

Lots of famous people have day jobs, unfortunately. You have to be more specific in your wishlist.

Or perhaps I'm just liberal with the definition of day job. Probably.

I would associate with high school people, theoretically, if any of them were vaguely local. Which reminds me, it's about time I googled the tantric sex teacher again. I do wonder what she's up to.

Oh, meara, are you thinking college? I'm only to 16, there (phew). This 20 is high school (and my sister and I attended the same high school!)

I think some of the people I went to high school with are pretty interesting now. Unfortunately they are probably the least likely to attend a reunion. (The ranks of attendees seem to be heavy on the investment bankers and lawyers.) I was personally pretty unformed in high school, not that I am particularly interesting now, now that I think of it.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Quick, someone give me some bullshit corporatespeak to use in my self-appraisal. What's a businessy way to say "My lack of effort this year seems to have gone largely unnoticed by my superiors, therefore I must be pretty awesome!"?

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Jessica: "I have fulfilled the expectations of my superiors and therefore have been successful in providing the blah blah blah as needed by senior management."

Which is a mixed message with a little bit of parsing.

Always Anti-fascist!

"team player" "highly collaborative" "facillitates others' success" IEPs aren't that different, right?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I am less googleable than I used to be. The earliest link that's mine is a grant award press release from 2008. And that foundation is done granting me now. So that'll fade. And then there's a band photo, but that is also buried in the results now.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I would like to be supported in my chosen lifestyle by being a writer and gothy icon. Not a technical editor. There, specific!
