Jesse, try going into Settings-->Keyboard-->Keyboard Shortcuts. There's a set of tickyboxes there for how the Tab key works, you want the one that says "All Controls."

Jesus, how many seasons of FNL and I just now realized that my awful college crush (fellow physics student a year ahead of me, prime, prime scenery in thermo and a really good buddy with an absolutely wonderful girlfriend) looked so.freaking.much like the actor playing Riggins. He was taller and a little rangier, blonder, had a better mouth and nose, much more articulate and not mumbly, but even the raspiness of the voice is similar. And he had a southern accent. Gah.
