Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Yay Matt!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good news, Matt!

I got my foreign currency, but was unable to see John Waters speak (room was full), for those of you following along with my after-work plans that I didn't post about beforehand.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That is excellent to hear, Matt.

It's okay, Jesse. I was reading your mind anyway.

Always Anti-fascist!

Oh, Man, Jesse, I'd be *pissed* I love John Waters. He is like my crazy uncle. Or I wish, anyway.

It was less disappointing since I just learned about it today, along with the rest of Greater Boston, and I showed up right when it was supposed to start.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That's great, Matt!

Speaking of holidays and HR, I worked on Thanksgiving this past year, and HR recently sent me a note reminding me to take the comp day off before the end of the fiscal year (June 30). I'd completely forgotten about the extra holiday. Sometimes HR has my back, which is nice. It'll be even nicer when I wake up at my usual time on the 18th, smirk, roll over, and go back to sleep.
