Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I just spent about three hours on a bug. Turns out in VB.Net,

GetEmployeeInfo = objRS(0)

needs to be

GetEmployeeInfo = objRS(0).Value

Argh. Sometimes I am not so productive. (Although in my defense, it took me several hours just to figure out how to log errors in VB.Net.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just badly wanted fun saturday tees.

I hear you.

Almost all my clothes shopping is oops these days. I'm wearing the grey jumper Amy linked to a couple weeks ago. I love it, but I totally didn't need it.

I have no growing child to dress, obviously.

Because books.

I have no growing child to dress, obviously.

Which is why I'm trying to control myself on the Hanna website, sale or not. Those dresses won't last forever! But my god, there's some cute stuff half off.

I've never ordered a Threadless tee. What's the fit like? I'm always hesitant when I can't try tees on.

Librarian Warlord

I'm reading resumes from students who are applying to be our graduate student worker. Some of 'em are so cute! The one in front of me lists every city in Europe she's ever visited in the same set of bullet points where she lists the computer programs with which she is familiar.

Heh. Now if I need to pad a resume, I think I'll have a bullet point list of all the cats I've lived with.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I love this dress . Not enough to pay that much for it, but still, WANT.

Because books.

Oh, pretty, Perkins. That is pricey, though.

I think Sara is getting one of these.
