I think anytime you get out of Target having spent under $100, it's a miracle.
On a very strange day, I walked out of Target not having spent a dime. Joe turned to me and said, "You know the world is ending right now." I went back and bought a frozen coke. Which, it turns out, are still very delicious.
Man, of all times for me to get behind on my cable bill!
I missed the season finale of Justified.
Weirdly, they turned off random basic cable channels and not the expensive premium cable stuff. . . and now that I've paid and they've turned it back on? Still not getting FX or USA.
I grow mint to...grow mint. Chocolate mint. I occasionally remember to grab few leaves to toss in my water bottle. And after I take the trash or recycling out, I grab a few leaves to crush on my hands after washing them.
ION, holy hairball, batman! Poor Devi, she's the only one that gets them. That was a lot of fur. I wish she'd let me brush her more, but she gets all bitey and ragey.
This is a very entertaining game. I am doing a lot of shouting at the tv.
Chocolate mint.
Garv made chocolate chip mint ice cream today for the first time. Not home-grown mint, but homemade ice cream!
Both msbelle and Amy should be very proud of me. Someone is coming over in a few minutes to get stuff I put on freecycle this morning, and then on my way home I stopped off at the store for milk and walked out with milk and a piece of grocery store cake.
CAKE!
Go you, Perkins! I'm donating all kinds of stuff up here before we move. Books are going out this weekend, I think. BOOKS. Even I can't believe it.
woohoo!
I cut mac's hair tonight. Finally. That child had a nest going on atop his head.
Perkins, megan will also be proud of you.
rice krispies.
I need to finish one of the books I am reading (have started 3 in the last month). I think at least one of them will be something I don't need to keep. If I could unload a few more books from the TBR shelf in the next five weeks that would be good times. Of course I also have a pile of clothes to ebay and some kitchen stuff and then there's the furniture.
