Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Someone is looking for a surgery table!

Who isn't??

Can we talk about the insanity that my life has become? Tonight I have an orientation at 7:00 PM. Tomorrow I have the senior awards assembly from 6:30-8:00. Then my students go to Disney all night for Grad Night. Friday we have school and then I have another meeting at 4:00.

On the flip side, I hate when work requires off-hours time. Especially when it's "optional" but not really.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I went right to a Winchesters vs. the zombie doctor place there.

You're incorrigible.

That's why I don't want them to have my home phone number. That's off-hours shit, and I'm contract. Stop it!

Because books.

That's why I don't want them to have my home phone number.

Yeah, see, I always thought, "But during work hours I'm here, not at home."

Until I was working from home three days a week anyway.

Because books.

Oooh, CK just tweeted a totally hot picture of him and Aldis, but they're dressed for an episode so I guess I can't spoil.

NOM.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was scared when I got emails from my then-future boss at crazy times, but I have never worked for anyone who was so 9-5. Or not in 10+ years, at least. It's amazing. I am in the office literally from 8:55 to 5:05, and get no flack at all. I am anticipating staying later when I have more work to do, but for the time being, I am enjoying this!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Amy, you can email me a link to it!

I just checked it out from my phone, and it is to die for. Yes, sir. You could totally link to it from here. People would just have to exercise inhuman strength and not click on the hotness.

Doesn't shortening Special Operating Procedure to SOP seem a little silly?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Doesn't shortening Special Operating Procedure to SOP seem a little silly?

It is silly unless you want me to assume you me Standard Operating Procedure.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

As opposed to Standard Operating Procedure?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I would think that SOP was Standard Operating Procedure.
