Giles: Stop that, you two. Riley: He started it... Xander: He called me a bad name! I think it was bad; it might have been Latin.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

oh poor mac and poor msbelle... what did the school do?

We have orientation for N's preschool tonight and Grace had her first day at preschool today. Grace CRIED like you wouldn't believe on the big yellow school bus. Poor girl.

Also, is it really weird that I want Grace and Noah both to change their clothes when they come home from school? I'm worried about Grace getting sick.

Because books.

Aw, a snuggle fest will be good, msbelle. I'm glad he's okay.

Kat, I don't think it's a big deal, but it can't hurt? Just ... more things to get spilled on = more laundry.

Yeah. The more laundry part sucks. But at TK, they had all the kids change when they came home from school. I change when I get home too.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Women manipulate men with sex noises, study shows. I can't even. It makes me laugh so hard.

Because books.

Well, Sara changes after school every day because, you know, more outfits, more chance to be fashionable, so go with it!

Poor Gracie in tears. The bus is a little weird for everyone at first.

And for Grace, who you know, is just adjusting to home it probably was terrifying. Mom said she did better coming home and wasn't crying when they arrived. That's promising.

In other news, I have ZERO desire to do anything today. Or tomorrow.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

my boss just asked if I minded giving a presentation in Syracuse on July 5th.

tell him/her -- Not if I can extend the trip until the 7th (since you will be traveling on the 4th (Sunday) and working on the 5th (a holiday), they need to give you two comp days.
