Actually, I was thinking it would be sort of like a pet. You know, we could...we could name her Trixie, or Miss Kitty Fantastico, or something.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Whoops. Sorry. I just actually had to answer that question seriously not that long ago. Should've known better 'round these parts.

Not at all, that's how I actually misheard the title and people were having a whole conversation about things that made no sense when you thought the book was about Oscar Wilde.

Our wings are not tired.

What the hell, the Kaiser Permanente Thrive lady is Allison Janney? I had no idea.

Does that mean that I shouldn't tell you that she killed The Twins' mom on Lost too? Or did you already figure that one out?

meara - May 19, 2010 4:01:36 pm PDT #488 of 30001

Wait, you didn't recognize her weirdly sexy "I'm health insurance" voice on those kaiser commercials?? Should I tell you about dr. McDreamy doing the insurance commercials?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Should I tell you about dr. McDreamy doing the insurance commercials?

And many a Mazda commercials. Bless his heart that he got into racing...

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm still trying to get over the Google redesign. Must avoid Wikipedia for a while. I can only take so much.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I actually like the google redesign because they went back to something I liked, with the extra options on the left hand side of the image results.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Allison Janney sounds just like an NPR essayist to me. The one that wrote the book about the LA river, I think? Cannot tell them apart by voice.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

I'm still trying to get over the Google redesign.

I'm shaken up by it. Even by the subtle change in the search box itself.

Because books.

The Google redesign didn't really shake me. But Wikipedia moving the search box was bizzare.
