Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Aw, brenda, very happy for you and your new pup.

Storms moved through early enough for a swim. But they didn't do much about the humidity. It's maybe a teeny bit better, but certainly didn't break this ooky weather. So this is my dinner: [link]

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Wait until you get to Texas. We have better AC though. But it is miserable right now. I despair at July and August. And I like hot summers. But, hey, it snowed twice this winter so ignore that "warming" bs.

June was always the hottest month in New Mexico. July and August had the afternoon storms that cooled things off.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Radar says more rain possibly around 7. I hope it's real this time.

Texas is mostly bereft of storms during the hottest months. Spring was good to us.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I fully realize that this summer will kill me. Better A/C and much less walking is key though. also? less humidity. I plan to close the vents in the guest room and possibly the front living room to pump that much more to the rest of the house.

I had really wanted to pack a TON today with the house to myself. oh well.

Actually wind kicked up in the time since I walked back from the pool. It's drying out.

You can practically hear that pup yelling " MOOooom! Are you trying to drown me?!! "

Our wings are not tired.

Oh in the first few seconds when the baby is trying to get back on land and the momma is tugging at his tail, I died. I died many times. So adorable.
