I have a recipe for MINI-quiches that say to use ungreased pan. The usual reason to bake stuff in ungreased pans is so that lie batter can climb up the sides of the pan and rise. But with MINI-quiches nothing is touching the sides anyway. Any reason not to grease the pan lightly to prevent sticking?

I don't even know Sweeney Todd and I want to sing that song all day and night.
Anyone know if Kat's current address is 633 street name in N. Hollywood?
If there is a pie crust you shouldn't need grease.typo. There is enough oil/fat in the crust. Too much grease can cause over browning
Well. Appears I have dog.
Who could resist that face!
Typo, my guess is that the pie crust has enough fat in it to effectively be self-greasing.
Not me, clearly.
msbelle, put a 0 on the end of that number and I believe you are correct.

brenda, does cutie dog have a name that is staying, or do we get to help name it?
Quiche in oven in ungreased pan. Can't see the dog. I guess I no longer have a choice about being on facebook.
6330 is my current house number!
I went to yoga and then I walked to meet my mom who was with the twins at Borders. I bled into my cheap shoes, so no more cheap shoes for me. The blister on my heel is NO GOOD.
On the upside, yoga was nice.
