This is so nice. Having everyone together for my birthday. Of course, you could smash in all my toes with a hammer and it will still be the bestest Buffy Birthday Bash in a big long while.

We always buy my nephews pants that come with an adjustable belt built into the waistband. They have no butts.

Swam, got my haircut, was cruelly disappointed by the EC Target and cleaned house. I forget how miserable cleaning is in the heat. Even with 2 acs going full blast, I was completely soaked and required a shower after. Made some more fridge pickles

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Man, do you ever abandon a cart because you don't like the ordering experience? Do you ever not like the ordering experience because it doesn't give you the right options to pay? Or because you need to set up an account first?

Yes. My patience in shopping is short. I've even done that in stores.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

All the tune, ita. Requiring registration to purchase == FAIL.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

All the tune, ita.

I was going to say this only not from my iPhone.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

TOO MUCH HEAT. I waited until afternoon to walk the dogs and was STILL soaked in sweat by the time I got home.

83 F, 5672% humidity. This morning, it claimed to be 78F with 70% humidity. Blerg.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Went to the Washington Folk Festival today. Quite hot, but otherwise fun. Going back tomorrow.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Nora, NO is where I think I want to go for our belated honeymoon, hopefully sometime this winter, so by that time, you all will have excellent recs for us to go to, and can maybe sneak off for dinner and drinks!

Currently, I am YAY! NO, but SF is also in the running for belated honeymoon. NO would be more budget-friendly, but we are tempted by the sushi, bars and proximity to many Buffistas.

I would like to go to Jamaica -- several of my friends have, and had fun -- but my honey is not the sunloving type. I think Jamaica will have to be a girl's vaca, in a few years. NO is good for him, for the food and music. He would like to go to NYC, but while he likes running about, I am more of a saunterer.

I backed out of site after site because they wouldn't let me pay by paypal. Which has ll my info already, so I don't have to fill out all those fields. And then I got a site with Paypal, but broken in Opera. I actual switch over to my open Firefox, and it's still randomly broken, but less typing. For $3 of product and 6$ of shipping. PEOPLE.

My god, the number of abandoned carts. You either have to have the best doohickey out there, or make the process painless.

Anyone watching Luther, from the UK? Idris Elba is on fire.
