YES. Well, Grace is. Noah is like a size negative something. He cannot keep his pants from falling down.
In my experience, at SOME point (around age 4-5), they stop making the waistbands on the pants so damn big. Now Lily can wear pants and not have them in a puddle at her ankles! It's great!

Oh how I look forward to this day! My child has no butt, and now that we're in pull-ups instead of cloth dipes, all his pants fall down ALL THE TIME.

Someone (msbelle) linked to elastics with clips you can use to cinch the back of oversized tops. What are they called? I'd like to buy one or two for some of the stuff I bought when I was a size 8, or stuff I have to size for my boobies that's loose for my waist and back.
