Very convincing. Makes me completely want to put myself under government control. Please take me to where you can make me unconscious and naked.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Okayish, all things considered.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I've denuded the lady garden upon request. The result was interesting enough that I've done it again a few times since. It didn't look like I was pre-pubescent, the set-up is totally different now.

I'd be resistant as shit if it were somehow considered mandadory, however.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, commenters are annoying me off/confusing me in places that are not here today. a) Of course turtlenecks can be sexy! Use your eyes or your imagination! b) WTF, pissing on romance?? Is that what the cool kids do? Nothing like fans of one ghettoised genre pissing on another.

Because books.

I'm glad you went to see -t, Perkins.

WTF, pissing on romance?? Is that what the cool kids do? Nothing like fans of one ghettoised genre pissing on another.

What are you reading? I could enjoy getting a good mad on tonight.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Well, Trudy, I was laughing even if I felt like I shouldn't be.

No doubt.

Of course turtlenecks can be sexy!

Seriously. Like, seriously.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Of course turtlenecks can be sexy!

Is this about the woman fired from Citibank?

IO9.com. Some people are being pissy and clueless in an entry on a fantasy romance book. Which, of course, is about something else, so it's not really romance.

Is this about the woman fired from Citibank?

Yeah. I have no particular opinion about whether or not she was appropriate, because I really don't know how she was dressed (but her lawyer's photo shoot was a bad idea), but defending her on the premise that turtleneck's are unsexy? Dude, I was work-appropriate, but I know that the sexiest thing I wore this week was the red silk-knit turtleneck on Tuesday, with the pencil skirt. And I'm no Jayne Mansfield. That's some sexy sweatering.

Our wings are not tired.

I would totally freak if I ever met Joan Baez. Or Bonnie Raitt. Jane Fonda but to a lesser degree.

Ha! That was so totally my exact list of freaktitude when I was 17. I did not manage to make a fool of myself around them when I finally met them (separately).
