ION, we have a fixed shower! After 9 months, a slashed finger, a trip to the ER and much annoyance on my part, I can finally take a shower without having D come in and spend 5 minutes getting the water to turn off.
Shower independence! I also grilled and cleaned the kitchen up. Mostly. And dusted in the bedroom.
Erin, I bet you can find someone local to take it off your hands. If you start listing stuff, you will have a much cleared out house.
