It was actually mild. It only delayed me about an hour, and while I was worried, I still managed to pick up my rental car and get checked into the hotel and everything. The flight was good, all the customer service was good, I skirted the security line, I got my seat changed to window, there was an empty middle seat. Really, the only thing that could have been better is not to have had the delay.

Well, it would have been better if my flight got here early enough for me to have seen the Blackhawks whomp on the Blue Jackets, but I take my victories where I can get 'em.

And yeah, regardless, thank goodness for pizza. And free wi-fi.

Oh, and I forgot the facebook gossip I actually came over to post. I just got friended by a former student. I looked at his friends, and while I didn't find my other two students who were his buddies, I did find a girl. With their last name. And a baby.

So apparently my student is married and a parent. But they're twins, so I don't know which one is the babydaddy!

Ah, well that's a much nicer picture. And as you say, pizza and free wi-fi are always good.

But I can't figure out how to get them up and running on multiple choice.

I had a psychology professor who created tests for his classes that were designed to make students better at multiple choice tests. Studies show that the first impulse is more likely to be right than second guessing. His tests had an ungodly number of questions, some of which were rewording of previous questions, and the grading was based the number of questions you answered. Therefore, the more questions you answered, the less each error counted. The faster you tore through the test in the allotted time, marking your first choice and moving on, the better your grade.
