This made me tear up.
Some of the most "macho" employees at school dressed as ballet dancers, in a show of support for Dyson.
Go team humans.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, pandas, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I also enjoy lime, but probably not electric lime.
This took me to a weird vampire place, I have to say.
Yeah, I looked back and almost changed it. But didn't!
So my neighbor's housemate's cat has the same coloring as Loki. So now I know what he'd look like if he wasn't SO FAT.
Putting a very clever cat on a diet is exhausting. At least he seems to leave the other cats' food alone. I hope.
Something was in the air today. I had to actually YELL at my supervisor because she went off on a tangent that had nothing to do with the meeting we were having, and gentle redirections were not working. As in "D! There's a time and place for this discussion! THIS IS NOT IT." Loudly. After interrupting her several times. I mean, I understand why she was annoyed, but the scheduling of another meeting had NOTHING to do with our meeting, nothing to be done about it by anyone in the room and by god, it ended up being a 90 minute meeting as it was. And then she kept getting what we were talking about confused and getting all het up and various others had to be "WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT X. IT IS Y." and so then they were pissy.
She can dominate a conversation, but even this is over the top for her. She apologized to another coworker later (not me, but that doesn't bother me much, because it was a coworker more likely to take offense. Whereas folks have figured out I don't take much personally.)
Still. Bah.
Not blown up. Guys in hard hats still poking around the front yard with some sort of detection equipment.
My poor front yard. It's had a rough year.
Aw, man, princess boy and community. That's awesome.
YAY for non-blown up -t!
I survived my first chemo session, with only one little infusion reaction, which I think was scarier for Juliana to watch than for me to experience. (I saved it for the last drug, which started about 5 minutes before she came back from Target, which was perfect timing!)
How do you feel? And/or what do they say about how you should feel when? I don't enjoy the thought of my friend being poisoned, even for a good cause.
That's one(session #1) you'll never have to do again. Yay! Boo on the reaction.
Right now I'm tired, and may take a nap, but I think that's the after effect of the benedryl they gave me because of the reaction. Otherwise, I feel fine.
That may change any second, but for right now I'll take it.
One down!
