In other news, my coworkers need to stop all taking vacation at once such that I'm backup for 3 people. It's happening far too frequently of late when I am in the middle of crunch time with my own work and it is really pissing me off. I try very hard NOT to do that to people. We've got a pretty liberal vacation approval policy, but this is getting ridiculous. I'll note I haven't had a vacation in 5 months.
