Well, we had a few days of 80s during this week. It'll be 60s day/50s night for the next while so I'll probably turn off the fan tonight, leave the windows open tonight and then shut them up as needed. This house holds temps really well (heat and cold,) so I should be good for a bit before I need to crank on the radiators. At which point I'll pull the ac unit.

It was 91F again here. And probably will be for the rest of the week.
I made myself matzo ball soup because I had the ingredients and felt like I coud whip it up without a recipe. I should use a recipe. It's edible, but it's not good.

It was definitely an adventure! It's amazing how disorienting it is, not being able to see. The food was pretty good, aside from the main course, especially given that they were expecting people to mostly eat with their hands!

It was super-dry, sort of warm, boneless chicken breast, crusted with pecans. Good for eating with hands, not that great for eating.
