Trazadone? I recently switched from generic Ambien to Trazadone and so far so good.
That's the one. She says it's also used for headache relief.

ita - I have been using Trazadone a couple of months and had my first major headache Sunday, but I blame that one on the recent big air pressure changes. I know my migraines don't compare to yours - just sharing my experience.
