The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yay for Bon bon's job! (pending security check) eta and Zuisa's!

I am currently sitting in the doctor's waiting room with a needle in my arm while they mske the blood they drew radioactive, so they can inject it back into me and then take pictures of my heart.

Also, very hungry, since I had to fast.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Me too! I wrote a letter to the bishop of the parish I was christened in asking to be excommunicated or whatever it is they do, and someone (not him, I don't think), wrote back saying there'd be prayers said for me. Not really what I'd asked for.

Really not what you asked for!

There was a form that the woman at my church completedd - let me look up the evite:

a formal Declaration of Defection
(Actus formalis defectionis ab Ecclesia catholica)

I wonder if you could get one of those.

(Actus formalis defectionis ab Ecclesia catholica)

Oooh, and it's in Latin.

I'll have another go next time I'm home. That time I did it for a religion class in school I think (I was somewhat anti-religious in school).

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Does anyone have anything planned for 10/10/10?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Christo!

Also, Friday!

My 8:15 has been cancelled, and I actually had stuff to say in it.

On the other hand, I have neither eaten nor bought breakfast. I might have to sneak away to Starbucks.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Of course, it's only 10/10/10 in the US. Most other places it's 10/10/10.

(Sorry, I'm stealing a joke ita made on 01/01/01.)

Congrats to zuisa and Suzi!

10/10/10 consists of coaching soccer all afternoon. But it is the last weekend for soccer, and a historic date for the year...so there should be cake!!
