Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I am, myself, trying to become adequately relaxed (ATIVAN CAN KICK IN ANYTIME WOO CHRONIC ANXIETY IS NOT THE THRILL RIDE YOU MIGHT THINK).

This is good to know, because the last thing you need to worry about when having an anxiety attack is whether you're doing it wrong.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Holy shit, Tep. The Reds are in first place with a 30-20 record.

I know! Fucking weird yet awesome!

I think they're for real with a rotation of Cueto, Harang, Leake, Arroyo, Chapman.

Let us hope so. It's still early yet, and no one pisses away a lead like my Reds.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Weird day in baseball.

I know! The Phillies have no offence, yet Halladay pitches a perfect game?

Don't I know it, man! "Should I be crying? I'm not crying! FUCK WHY AM I NOT CRYING AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

"I know! I'll shred toilet paper and keen like a banshee! Or should I be hyperventilating? Shit!"

Our wings are not tired.

I am so happy for Dusty Baker!!

I was watching "Robin Hood" so wasn't on phone for a while. Movie ended, checked iPhone. 14 texts from 8 different people, all about Halladay. 3 texts from 2 people, about Buster Posey. 3 phone calls, all about Halladay.

I guess my friends know I am a bit of a besibol fan.

Hey, is The Alamo worth seeing (I don't mean the movie; I mean the place)?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Depends how much you like history, I guess? I wouldn't make a special trip to San Antonio just for it, but it's easy to walk through while you're there.

Depends on whether or not they'll let you in the basement.

Our wings are not tired.

I love history, but don't like wasting time at tourist traps. I'll be in San Antonio hanging out with good friends for about 30 hours. Certainly enough time to walk over.

ETA: the basement? Joke or fer realz?

ETAA: Pee WEE! It just came back to me. HAHAHAHAHAHA.

It's a Pee-Wee Herman reference.
