Hey, preaching to the choir. I thought our Lady of the Perpetual Sea Breeze was the real deal until the Divine Miss J walked right through that door and right into my ass—which is where my heart is…physiologically. I could show you an x-ray.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh and there`s no way I could be without screentime two hours before bedtime. Maybe before the onset of mobile web. But so, like, a Kindle would be okay?

Because books.

God, me either. But I can fall asleep anywhere, and I fall asleep in front of the TV all the time.

After days of cool open-window weather, summer decided to go out with a bang on its last day. Got into the low 90s, humid and now thunderstorms are rolling in. Bye summer! I'll miss you!

Because books.

We have some gorgeous heat lightning and a lot of wind, but no actual storms yet.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

We had some rain before, but not much, and a lot of wind now.

Let up just a bit ago. Whole time, I could still see stars to the west.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The sky just opened up, right now.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Never saw blue skies today and the clouds opened up around 3pm. It smells like a lightening storm, but so far no show.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

We had some rain while at church. I was unawares. mac got a little verbally not ok with a DRAMA queen 9 year-old girl at church tonight. She totally knew it was said jokingly and was not even really bothered by it (she came skipping over to me practically giggling to tell me,), but she LOVES an audience so was really loud, and well, there's just no way to make "your son said he was going to kill me" sound ok to most parents' ears. So the looks have started. joy. He and I had a talk about how 1) that's not ok to say, like ever. 2) She is to be avoided because she will cause him trouble.
