Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

My work pic that'll end up in the hq report:

Who is that babe next to the boring equipment?

Allyson, candy clay made from candy melts and corn syrup [link] makes a pretty foolproof substitute for fondant that you can make into bat shapes. Wilton also has a lot of bat ideas: [link] When is the book release, Allyson?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

5AM on the West Coast, and I'm the first person in Natter?

Ah, 6AM flights. Stupid tiny airport.

Dana, if you're in the Tri Cities airport, at least parking is cheap (or was - when I used it, all day was $1.50).

But 6AM flights are definitely stupid.

Parking is not cheap.

Now people at the Delta counter are yelling at a gate agent because they didn't make their flight.

And now I just checked my e-mail, and my cousin, who is a little high strung at the best of times, has "assigned" me to do a reading at the funeral mass.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dana, I'm sorry that a sad trip has to be also aggravating.

I can't figure out what to wear today. Not sure what my problem is. At least I'm not working!

I totally woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.

Now I get to chair a meeting of committee that is doing something I think is completely pointless, and all the members have different personal agenda for this stupid committee. My personal agenda is to get something done so I can stop chairing this committee.

I mean, who schedules meetings on a Friday AM? This is usually when I go to the Farmer's market with my coworkers.

Oh right! I scheduled this meeting. I hate myself!!!
