So. How much of a clusterfuck does this sound:

BarCampMilwaukee is a “user-generated” conference focused on technology, collaboration, & community.

At BarCampMilwaukee you can:

•define the agenda
•move freely between sessions
•propose & present your own topic
•teach, learn, and share in an open environment

I love the idea, but I've worked in enough non-profits, and honestly, outright communes, that I tense up just thinking about this.
