I, for one, wasn't looking forward to starting my day with a slaughter. Which, really, just goes to show how much I've grown

I think the Crown Vic is still being made but only for fleet sales. I read an article someplace that Ford will be pushing the Taurus for police work now, so I'm guessing the Crown Vic will not live on much longer.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Production of the Crown Victoria will end in 2011. Future Police Interceptors will be based on the Taurus SHO: [link]

One of the local towns has Dodge Charger police cars in good old black and white and they look positively bad-ass.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I will miss the Crown Vic. So nice and easy to spot.

Shirtless Kirk cologne. Uh, huh? Srsly?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Does that mean production of the Grand Marquis and Town Car will end then too?

(A few years ago Ford said they were gonna cancel the Town Car, but they changed their minds.)

Yeah, I agree. Evanston has had them as cop cars for a few years now.

I would think so, but I don't know. If they are going to keep putting out cars on that platform, I can't imagine they wouldn't keep making police interceptors.

ION, Robot Wars: The 6 scariest unmanned aerial vehicles

This one is the newest and hasn't flown yet:

X47B
Behold the future of aerial drones — this one could be the scariest of them all. It's designed to be launched either from land or catapult-launched from ships, and could be refueled in midair, letting it fly indefinitely. This stealthy 19-foot-long aircraft will have the smarts to carry out its own missions, and the looks to carry 4500 pounds of bombs, missiles, and surveillance gear. There's even talk of loading it up with lasers and microwave weapons. Look out, everyone, because this is the flying killer robot of your nightmares.
