No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

So, Gracie has started giggling aloud. It's a breathy little chortle. You can hear and see it here: [link] The first noise is her laughing and then she laughs again after she leaves P, the nurse, and has almost reached me.

Because books.

I never drink juice anymore because of the diabetes. Although I do eat, um, cake and stuff. But juice is such a pure shot of sugar! And it's no chocolate, that's for sure.

"Somewhere in this building is our talent." Toby Ziegler, my spirit animal

I have shows like that. I like "My Boys" but I wouldn't post about it, mostly.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gracie has started giggling aloud

Are these her first noises? That's so cool.

I never drink juice anymore because of the diabetes

Orange juice is a pure shot of acid. And it's not even quality OJ. I should really be sacrificing for the good stuff. But twice a week I have a meeting with a guy who drinks OJ during it, and I'm a weak person with bad pain aversion conditioning.

I'm sure the spicy lunch isn't helping. My god, I ruin myself.

But juice is such a pure shot of sugar!

Normally my juice consumption is diluted half and half with water. But diluted OJ is teh nast.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Gracie giggles! That is the best thing ever.

ita, when she was born, she cried. That's that last noise I heard from her, outside of breathing, until yesterday.

Because books.

Gracie giggling is a huge happy. That's awesome.

That's that last noise I heard from her, outside of breathing, until yesterday.

I didn't realize that. That makes me a little weepy, I have to say. Go giggling Gracie!

Orange juice is a pure shot of acid.

That's true, although tomato-y stuff is worse for me.

I could never drink it with lunch, though. My dad likes to drink it with popcorn at night while he watches TV, which is just weird.

Kat, that video is a win. A win in every possible way. The internet can stop now.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Gracie has started giggling aloud

Yay!

Normally my juice consumption is diluted half and half with water.

I tend to drink a few ounces of juice in a 16 oz glass of diet tonic water. I get some of the flavor, but little of the sugar. Not many vitamins either, but I'd rather eat fruits and veggies for those anyway.
