Oh, I hate dealing with IT people who are obviously new and trying to hide it. I don't care if you don't know our program, but don't try to BS me when you don't show the slightest sign of logically figuring out how any program is functioning. This morning when my alarm went off, I stayed awake just long enough to feed the cats and do all of the out of office things I needed to do, then went back to sleep for three hours.
