Everybody dies, Tracey. Someone's carrying a bullet for you right now, doesn't even know it. The trick is to die of old age before it finds you.

It may be time to go home.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Details of that gay survey from Gallup: [link]

In 2006, % that said homosexuality was OK.

  • Men 39%
  • Women 49%

2010:

  • Men 53%
  • Women 51%

Huh.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Mang, we totally had a schedule-busting external timeline slip, and I had to report it to my boss, and then the developer tells me it'll probably amount to nothing. Dude. Why couldn't I have asked you ten minutes earlier?

I've gone through a half pound of spinach and a pint of strawberries this week. It's only tuesday.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Stop making so many spinach-and-strawberry shakes!

Salads. Really.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I think Owen has developed a Twitter crush on Polgara. He just told Dark Horse Comics how much he likes their Star Wars comics.

This after he wore his Spock costume to school today. I should just arrange for a custom fitted locker for him to get shoved into, shouldn't I?

We tried some sweet corn from the grocery. I don't know where it came from but it tasted much better than I was expecting. Local stuff won't be ready for months.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

He's got a huge Twitter crush on Polgara. It's freaking adorable.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I should really buy some lettuce and spinach and just do a big salad everyday to work. Maybe after I get through a bit more stuff already in the fridge.

Today I had a chicken breast and some corn bread for lunch. Mac used up some chips for snack (plus some nila wafers and strawberries). We had the left over waffles from last night for dinner tonight and are very close to polishing off a small bottle of syrup. I finished another pitcher of tea and mac finished one of lemonade, so I am making more of both tonight. Beans are on cooking and I'll start soaking more tonight.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I cooked up enough meat tonight to last us three days. I bbqed some chicken thighs, cooked up some sirloin steak and some chicken breasts. We can warm them up and use them on salads or tacos all week.
