I'm taking my Intro to Reference class right now, and, well, it pretty much is reality for this class! We each have our own computer at our desk (first time I've ever had that), and we spend the class (so far--we've only met twice at this point in the semester) doing online searches. We learned all about Boolean search terms last week.

I made it to my private karate lesson. Learned a couple of new defense maneuvers. While I got my new rank over a month ago, I have been working on training for the tournament (paid off in winning second place in sparring) and haven't been learning new material. One of the techniques includes a scissor kick. Hah! White girl can't jump. I might be able to kick someone in the ankle, but that is about it.
I use "Dude" way more than I should and it is definitely unisex.
I picked up Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows audio CD's from the library for the epic drive from California to Colorado. I have never done an audio book before.
