Mister Kitty update: swelling way down. I'd sent before & last night pictures to the vet and she said it is really acting like a dental issue. Which means we wait for the 2 week anti-b shot to wear off and hope it doesn't come back. And if it does...it gets hard. So we wait and watch.

For future reference, I used Google Scholar, which linked me to British Library Direct. I find it is often quicker for partial or bad citations than Science Citation Index (though it is in there too - it's just harder to use for stuff like this).
