Part of my love for the commercial is that I loved that song when I was in college.
Ditto.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, pandas, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

My cat circles me on the bed and meows. I have learned to pet her in my sleep. She doesn't get fed in the am (only at night) so there is no reason for the meowing and circling. Also, I have noticed, when she walks ON me, that cats put a lot of pressure on their feet. Sometimes it feels like an elephant is walking on my bladder or boobs, and it hurts!
Mister Kitty has masters the art of maximum pounds per kitty foot, I swear.
I just went and watched the Hamster commercials-- are there only 2? I find the one with the hamster wheels really funny, and the other one is a little annoying, although Hamsterdam Avenue is hysterical! And the hamsters riding in toasters and dryers!
The good - Slings and Arrows is on Netflix instant streaming.
Had no idea! Wheeeeee!

God, yes. And, they always seem to know exactly when you're going to get up and go to the bathroom, because they pick that moment to jump on top of you and stand directly on top of your bladder.

Is this a beer? I like Geuze a lot but it's hard to find!

Easily found at Whole Foods, even the one up by you. This one is VERY sour and I like sour. But VERY sour.
Also, poor Sylvester is just getting used to it, msbelle! How are the cats doing?
Not much sleep last night. Not a good night to try the new med...was up for a couple of hours with the girl. We are running away to Boulder today. Some sight seeing and retail therapy. Should be an interesting day.
Leo was weighed at the vet Thursday: 14 freakin' pounds. She pronounced him "perfect", and speculated jokingly that he might be part puma. I suspect he can put all 14 pounds weight on one foot, too, if that foot is on me. He's a long tall cat.
It's my humble opinion that the usual instructions for feeding cats isn't enough food for many of them. Percy was fed exactly the "right" amount of food by his previous people, with a measuring cup even, and he was a skinny miserable thing when I got him. Now? Not so much. At first he would gorge himself on food and then, of course, throw up, but once he realized (I guess) that the food wasn't going to go away, he got a lot calmer. Now he seems to just eat when he's hungry, as does Leo. (I free-feed.) He goes for his check-up Tuesday; I'm expecting him to be over 10 pounds.
