You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

(And the correct cable - she was trying to plug a Firewire 400 cable into a Firewire 800 port, and it wasn't going well.)

Yes, yes, I see. Clearly she needed two cables to make them fit.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I think the air conditioning is still out on my hallway. If this continues, I'm taking my computer and working from home.

While some people use actual vibrators, I just tap the stem near the flowers.

I'm trying to come up with a good Georgia O'Keefe joke here, but it's just not coming together.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

OMG really? Vibrators for plant sex. I find that hilarious.

smonster's heart just leaped and she doesn't know why.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yes, it's just baffling why a chain family restaurant would put macaroni & cheese on their children's menu. Most kids I know would definitely prefer a nice piece of grilled fish with steamed veggies on the side.

Lord knows that's what I eat at Friendly's! Oh no, wait.

Okay, no more turning off the lights when I leave a room.

Now I can't tell if my office is cooling off or I'm just acclimating to the searing heat.

Heh.

It's weird - people have been talking for years about how much energy we waste in the US with our SUVs... but if every US SUV driver instead drove an economy car, the amount of energy we save would be dwarfed by the increases in energy use in China....
