The HP Lego game is addictive. All three of us have been playing that one. I'm thinking of looking for other Lego games.

Em loves the Star Wars Lego game.
The only PS 3 game I've played Little Big Planet but I LOVED it. Of course, it's the type of game my 14 year old nephew hates. (He likes shooting and sports.)

Ditto Emmett. He's played them all and Star Wars and Harry Potter are his fav Lego games. Light sabers and spells really lend themselves to the game play and the worlds are just fun to be in.
Suzi, outside of the shooter issue, what are your tolerances for language, non-gun violence, etc? Also, any particular games or genres of games that you know CJ likes, or that his friends are into?
I'll scan our shelves tonight (and more importantly, get S. to do so, as he has a freaky encyclopedic knowledge of EVERY GAME EVER MADE FOR ANY GENERATION OF PLAYSTATION, ISTG.)
Can anyone recommend good PS3 games? I don't like first person shooter or GTA type games.
Wait, aren't you the one that liked Cash & Guns ?
I get tired of quests in my hack and slash games. I'm just there to dismember the orcs and goblins at the end of the day, not have to think.
Gah. Work is eating me up, starting with my bottom.

Guh.

I'm the complete opposite. I love the quests! I get bored when all I'm doing is hacking and slashing.
