I guess I'll go try on the shiny shoes! Thanks.
Can I just say, those sandals at Naturalizer are $17 more expensive on Canada, even on sale. The difference in the dollar isn't that much any more. Sheesh.
I think this is the first time I've been to a wedding where I didn't know the bride at all. (Other than when I've been a date to a wedding where I didn't know anyone.) It's hard to know what to expect. Especially when you know the groom as an athiest, cheapskate and person who only ever owns one pair of shoes at a time. And yet who is getting married in a chapel with three different officiants, and the dinner is in one of the cities priciest restaurants. I'm pretty sure he is not steering this boat.
FWIW, Houston is a pretty casual town.
The bride seems pretty casual. But judging from teh perfectly done, handmade wedding invitiations, I suspect an inner Martha.
My neighborhood seems weird tonight. There's an ambulance across the street at the old lady's house. My next door neighbors, normally very quiet, are being very loud and sound drunk. Then the neighbor one over from them were wandering around their yard in their bathing suits after dinner...and they don't have a pool. Is there a full moon or something?
tommy, that pug is hilarious. I must go forth and share that video with everyone I've ever met.
I am making a sort-of caprese salad, except that I hate tomatoes, so I am putting in roasted asparagus instead. The basil, mozzarella, and bread are soaking in the olive oil, and the asparagus is roasting. I want to eat it RIGHT NOW.
You're not the only one.
God that sounds delicious Dana.
I had a salad made from only things from my garden, including my first ripe tomato of the summer. It was a tiny tomato, but it was all mine.
Sue, that dress is super cute!
I should have yoga'd tonight but was just Done with today by the time I got home and made food.
