Sophia, I second bon's rec of Body Glide; it's okay to put on over a rash, even. If you can't get that, maybe use Vaseline if you're not sensitive to it. And of course, put the softest cotton you can find next to your skin.

Sophia, that's what my mother used to do. She had really severe eczema and was always combating rashes. It's simple, but it works.

Apparently my boss kicked their ass and I have full employment status until into August now. WHOOT!

Also, move is is done!!!!! and the movers are gone and I am UNPACKING BOXES! I must stop at noon to eat and log on to work, but 4 boxes done already.
