You know, I've saved lives. Dozens. Maybe hundreds. I reattached a girl's leg. Her whole leg. She named her hamster after me. I got a hamster. He drops a box of money, he gets a town.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Then we'll be in Portland on 8/5 and 8/6

Whee!

Assembling storage shelves in a no ac garage on a 92 degree day = sweaty mess. But it is assembled and most of my garage is organized. I need to find an e-waste facility and have the garage door fixed and I'm set.

But for now, I need a shower. Stat.

I haven't heard any updates about J and I want to call someone but I'm not sure if I should. Her hubby said he would text as there was more information.

I need to find a place that delivers flowers as opposed to "ships" flowers. But I want to find out if she can have flowers yet. My memory of when CJ had spinal surgery (completely different situation of course), they wouldn't allow him flowers or anything until he was moved out of ICU.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Same as last night I was ready for bed right after dinner, but tonight I did not give in and instead went outside to do a little yardwork. I water the plants I transplanted Thursday and then transplanted 5 more. Was dripping sweat. I was in the shade the whole time, but it's still 99 outside. So now I've showered and it is still only 7pm and I am again ready for bed.

I figure if I just move a few plants each day, the back yard will be mostly cleared of the small stuff by the end of the month. I still need to have our friend the horticultural lady come out and tell me about the bigger ideas I have and also about moving the bigger bushes. And then there is the tree stump that needs to be drilled out and getting grass to grow in all the spaces that were flowerbeds, fountains, trees, and bushes. Oh and a small patio to sledgehammer/jackhammer out.
