I made it back to the US! My flights were long and delayed and things like that, and I slept for like fourteen hours last night, but I'm home and it's delightful. I've spent the day on Facebook and Twitter and Youtube and other sites that I've been unable to get at for a year. It's nice to be home!!

but I bought in March. I had electricity and water in my name and on in April. I set up the internet stuff a little under a month ago. The rest is because my parents were awesome and got things set up.
Now I need to convince mac that we should go to bed. like now.

Just finished applying the dregs of stripper to some spots I missed. All I can do until I get more (hopefully tomorrow.) Might be a late night. Stripping isn't so bad, it is the prepwork and cleanup that takes forfreakingever.

I have no discovered that my cat meows so loudly I can hear her when I am in the laundry room, which is IN ANOTHER BUILDING. I am hoping that she only sits in the window and meows when she can see me, because that was pretty loud. She is desperate to go outside. I carried her out a couple of days ago, but I am afraid to let her wander unleashed even with supervision, as she is declawed. And I a not sure she would take to the lease at ten years old.
