Oh hey, hivemind! I'm answering a letter from a mom who wants advice on how to deal with her ex-husband who objects to their honor-roll son being a Goth. I've said that she should ask her ex why he disapproves, gently correct any wrong-headed notions he has about Goth, and most importantly, to be extra-supportive of their son. Am I missing anything obvious?
