Thanks everyone. The parents have left, mac is watching a movie and I am laying down. Internet people are to come btw 5 and 7. Gas people come tomorrow (we have no hot water yet). Until then, I am not sure I will leave.

I almost made a major faux-pas earlier today. I got a birthday email from my father (shockingly - I can't remember the last time he remembered my birthday) and started to write about going to my brother's wedding in Montreal this past weekend when it occurred to me to check whether he knew about the wedding at all. After finding the answer to be no, I revised my email to talk about the weather instead. Close call.

You probably don't need it yet. I have taken lukewarm to cold showers the past couple of days.
I just saw a news blurb on the elevator that said some group had sent a list of alleged illegal immigrants to authorities in Utah-including their social security numbers. The blurb must be leaving out something, because otherwise?
