Is there some little useful-but-not-necessary-item that you lack, whose very lack bedevils you to the point of sighing wistfully and saying, "Gee, I really wish I had a [item] ?

Perfect luggage? I have a decent/good bigger bag--it's technically too big as a carryon but does slip by (and usually fits the proper way) and can be expanded if I want to stuff it full and check it. But mostly what I do are short trips, and I have a super cheap bag that is the perfect size, but broke. And I can't seem to find a nicer bag that isn't too big or too small or too cluttered with features so it's ridiculous for a tiny bag. I'm picky (...and cheap--much as I want it to be nice, paying $100 for a little carryon seems crazy, no matter how much I might use it! The broken one was a $10 walmart purchase, but they don't make it anymore)

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I totally get this but you travel tons for work! Seems like something that might really be worth it for you. If you ever want to spend over $200, Red Oxx Air Boss and Tom Bihn Aeronaut are seriously recommended for one baggers.

The DVF small roller bag I have is smaller then the average basic black big brand roller carry-on and I have enjoyed it and it was less than $100. TJ Maxx is always good for random suitcase shopping. For cheap and smallish you might also check target.

At airport in line from hell. Sylvester will not stop meowing. I am living that whole thing about if your kid is crying during a flight it is worse for you than everyone else, well except the pet version. Mac is being a super dooper trooper.

information libertarian

Go go msbelle & mac and Sylvester! (You have two cats with you though, right? And a dad? Go all of you!)

I can't imagine moving long-distance by plane. Somehow the ability to stuff things in the car at the last minute is very soothing to me.

I'll say what Sophia Said.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Happy moving day, msbelle!

Happy birthdays to those who have them.

So my mom is leaving in an hour after spending 6 weeks with us. Crazy, right?
