I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

As if I needed any more reasons to happy we are using movers, it's raining.

1 broken item thus far, but not something I really liked anyway, so I'll be able to replace it with something better.

They are taking the microwave I do not need and I think they are moving the dryer and 2 rugs that are not moving to the basement for me.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I feel kind of sorry for the German commenter who really doesn't get the joke.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I feel kind of sorry for the German commenter who really doesn't get the joke.

Whatever you do, don't mention the war!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Whatever you do, don't mention the war!

"We didn't start it."

"Yes you did - you invaded Poland!"

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I want to be an obit editor for a large national newspaper or television syndicate. There, I discovered what my next career should be.

If The Y no longer rents cheap rooms, where can a person stay when they, say, snap, quit their job and and sell all their possessions and live on the road?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I feel kind of sorry for the German commenter who really doesn't get the joke.

And on a similar note, the humor-impaired 'splainers. "Actually, Enigma really *was* the name of a code."

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

My current short-term goal is to get my house clean enough for someone to come in on a regular basis and clean my house.

Anyone have opinions on using a company (like Merry Maids) vs. a person or a small company?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

With no personal experience, I would say that a company has more insurance/bonding type stuff, but with a person, they actually get what you pay, which is a plus to me.

Them, I pity because it must be terrible to live in a humorless world, but I wouldn't say I feel bad about it.

That poor German guy probably does have a sense of humor in German, and he just seems so upset!
