Because books.

Darby is so sweet, brenda. The face!

meara, that sounds awful. I'm so sorry. Many hot baths in the hotel rooms maybe?

And, um, others that dude narrates. For the voice.

I should have just kept it on as lovely, lovely background noise and gone back to reading.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ugh, meara. I hope you do get through it. Work is kicking my ass, but I feel grateful because I know how much worse it could be.

The rule is, round to the even number. Sorry 35-year olds.

30 is still round. I just always round up. I'm rounding up to 45 right now, AIFG.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Here's a happier story for everyone. This morning my bus driver slammed on the brakes in the middle of the highway. When I looked out the window to see what was going on, a mother duck and her ducklings were crossing the highway and all the traffic had stopped until they crossed.

I saw a mother duck and her duckling cross the sidewalk in front of me while running in the park today. But also I saw this guy running with a golden retriever on a leash; no big deal. But then 30 seconds later I saw a fat old unleashed golden retriever racing after them! I LMAO.

Dude. I'm not rounding up to 35.

I don't round either way. No rounding! For me.

Via Cakewrecks. Spidey doesn't look too comfortable, I have to say. Although Supes seems to like it ...

Infants! I'm surrounded by infants!

However, apparently, I shouldn't be engaging with 25 year olds. WhatEV.

This starts off contrasting the realism of Babylon 5 v. Dr. Who, but ends up as a rant about possibly the most implausible story line ever: [link]

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I miss the days when I was an infant compared to other people.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

people you should stop making me feel old -- I am fine with my age 'til the youngens start complaining about their age

Because books.

At 43, I'm still the youngest in a couple of my circles. It's weird to be considered the infant.

James Denton is playing in the Celebrity Softball Game, and so is M.C. Hammer! Heh. Also Jenny Finch, who is a fabulous pitcher and so pretty I sort of hate her a little.
