I've been meaning to thank you all for your support this weekend with the dog. It was a tough weekend for a lot of reasons and you guys really helped a lot.
Sunday her rescue group had some dogs at a street fair nearby so we went by to say hello. They were all so excited about her progress and how different she is. It's hard to see from on the ground, you know? And it's slow progress, but it is progress, and even I can see that. Tomorrow is the start of dog classes (she doesn't go 'til next week though) and I have high hopes for that.
Oh! And today! I got dog kisses! I was bending down to give her scritches and she leaned way up to give me a face lick.
