sarameg, will you let me know what you find out about low-tox paint remover? I have windows, trim and doors that were painted in latex over oil without priming, and there is serious peeling.

this is what I get for staying up so late. Now I need to log on to work. I am double booked in places today and need to leave the house by about 11, so I must get cranking.
