Random: Someone at the grocery store was buying a ton of pork roasts that were on sale and gave one to D. Expensive, even on sale! So tonight we had my mom's apple jelly chili pork roast. It was delish, and I cooked it perfectly if I do say so myself. Tender and moist and nom.

What a nightmare, Cash. I am glad it is over.

Do you take it regularly or just sporadically?

I took it regularly for months (and felt a bit guilty about it too), mostly because I couldn't sleep well without it. Thinking back on it, I think what really made things click for me was combining melatonin with a sleep mask so I could sleep in complete darkness. My completely unproven theory is that the melatonin must work better if you are in darkness because your body only produces it if you are in the dark.

D @ 1 started with his hands, but he didn't like getting them dirty. So he started faceplanting the cake. It was hilarious. I didn't get pix. But jeez, he's such a pretty boy now. I sent to SIL, and she laughed and laughed (because he HATES getting dirty now. His brother is worse- he cleans. And he's 2.5.)

I am so evil, I put in a 311 for salt& plow before there is appreciable accum. But otherwise, we'd be ignored completely.
